MusicSpace in Gloucestershire
Our Gloucester team offers music therapy to both children and adults, either individually or in groups at our base in Matson. We have a specially equipped therapy room that has a wide variety of musical instruments available for exploration and playing.
Children are able to come after school for sessions and their parents can either observe, or wait in the reception area as they wish. We also offer group sessions during the summer holidays for children from special schools and their siblings.
Adults come from around the county, including Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Stroud for sessions.
There is ample parking available and our therapy room is wheelchair accessible.
The Gloucester team also provides an outreach service in the community working in adult day centres and residential homes in The Forest of Dean, Children’s centres and Opportunity Groups in Cheltenham and Cirencester, and special schools in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Coleford and Stonehouse.
